RULES FOR RETURNING GOODS
IN THE Racestage.eu ONLINE STORE
At Racestage.eu, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying. However, if you need to return an item, the following rules apply in accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason. To do so, you must submit a written statement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods (the date you receive the goods). Sending the statement before the deadline suffices to meet this requirement.

Returning the Goods
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting your declaration of withdrawal.
- It is sufficient to send the goods back before the deadline expires.

Refund Process
- Upon receiving your declaration of withdrawal, we will refund all payments (excluding the cost of returning the goods) within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer unless another method is explicitly agreed upon.
Return Costs
- The cost of returning the goods to Racestage.eu supplier is borne by the consumer.
Conditions for Returning Goods
To process your return, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Complete Contents: All items and accessories included in the original purchase must be returned.
- Condition of Goods: The product and accessories must be undamaged and free from any signs of use.
- Proof of Purchase: Include the receipt or a photocopy of the purchase invoice.
- Withdrawal Declaration: Include a written declaration of withdrawal in the package.
